Just wanted to let everyone know that after the Daytona 500 this year if you are hanging around the State for awhile, the space shuttle is going up on March 17th.
Jetty Park has 1 spot left so get it now if you want to be close to the action!!
I saw the shuttle go up about 16 years ago, I drove across the State from my place in Tampa at about 2 a.m. in the morning for the morning launch and slept in a parking lot, the next morning I saw the launch and it was a sight that I will never forget!
Here is a picture we took this year wjen we visited JFK Space Centre, this was our lucky day we got to meet and get our picture taken with an astronaught!
